Temporary Skill Shortage visa (subclass 482)

Temporary Skill Shortage visa (subclass 482) allows applicants to work for an Australian company for 2-4 years. They can apply for an Australian green card by applying for Employer Nomination Scheme (subclass 186) or Regional Sponsored Migration Scheme (subclass 187).

Advantage of Temporary Skill Shortage visa (subclass 482):
- No age requirement and No clear degree requirement for academic qualifications. Only relevant academic qualifications are required.
- Low English requirements.
    - The short-term category requires a total score of 5 in IELTS, and no single item is lower. 4.5;
    - The mid-term category requires all single items are over 5 points in IELTS;

Employer Nomination Scheme (subclass 186)

Employer Nomination Scheme (subclass 186) is an immigrant visa for companies in Australia to hire overseas professionals and guarantee the applicant's family to work and live in Australia.
Basic Requirements:
    - All single items are over 6 points in IELTS or other language scores equivalent to this level.
    - A positive career assessment, but does not have to pass the scoring system like skilled immigrants.
After obtaining this visa, you can settle in any city in Australia and work for any employer, not limited to the nominated occupation and employer when you apply for the visa.

Skilled Employer Sponsored Regional (provisional) visa (subclass 494)

Skilled Employer Sponsored Regional (provisional) visa (subclass 494) is a temporary visa with a validity period of 5 years. During the visa validity period, if you live and work in a remote area for 3 years or more, and the salary level is not lower than the average level of the same state and the same position, you can apply for 191 Visa to become an Australian permanent resident.
